NanoAmp Solutions Acquires Gigarams Semiconductor Device Corporation SAN JOSE, Calif., USA -- September 24, 2004 -- NanoAmp Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce the completion of its acquisition of Gigarams Semiconductor Device Corporation (GSDC). GSDC is a Taiwan design house that during the past five years has developed a powerful team of memory design engineers with extensive skills in high-speed DDR SDRAM, low-power SDRAM and PSRAM products. GSDC will operate as a wholly owned subsidiary of NanoAmp Solutions. "Together GSDC and NanoAmp intend to develop a comprehensive range of specialized memory products," said Warren Fondrie, vice president of sales and marketing at NanoAmp.
