Trados and Uniscape Complete Merger Alexandria, Virginia, June 3, 2002 - TRADOS Incorporated and Uniscape Incorporated today announced that they have formally completed their merger. The combined company, known as TRADOS Incorporated, is the world’s leading developer of language technology solutions. The company will remain headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia. A Sunnyvale, California office and 58 employees will complement existing TRADOS locations and 130 employees in 8 offices throughout America, Europe, and Asia.
